native of Germany tenor Achim Klotz worked with for many years in an extra choir of the National Theatre of Mannheim and the city theater casting. During this time he also sang - as part of the Schwetzingen Festival - in the choir in Purcell's Dido and Aeneas. On free stages, he also gave several times the Bastien in Mozart's "Bastien und Bastienne" and in 2009 he played the Pedrillio in "The Abduction from the Seraglio."
He also had solo performances in several musicals including in 2007 as Judas in the rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar" by Andrew Lloyd Webber. He also toured with Combo of "Metropolitan Express" at home and abroad with songs from the 20s, from operettas and musicals.
